Product Description

This product refined by superconducting carbon black, resin and other quality materials. The products it make is with smooth surface, no powder, no pitting, does not migrate and do not blooming. With permanent and stable electric conductivity. Suitable for the manufacturing of conductive/antistatic PS injection molding products, PS sheet extrusion products, etc.

Performance index:

1. Granule color: Black

2. Surface resistivity: 103~5 Ω

3. Moisture content: ≤0.15%

4. Melt index:  5~7 g/10min (220℃,10Kg)

Applicable scope

1.       conductive products

Can be added directly in the production. According to the proportion of PS conductive masterbatch: HIPS=1:1.5blend to production. After that the substrate resistance on the surface reduced to less than 105Ω (specific amount depending on the conductive requirement).

2.       Anti-static products

Can be added directly in the production. According to the proportion of PS conductive masterbatch: HIPS=1:2.5~3blend to production. After that the substrate resistance on the surface reduced to less than 1010 Ω (specific amount depending on the conductive requirement).

Note: this masterbatch is easy to damp, dry it before use, which can effectively improve the product appearance and performance.

3.       PS carrier tape

Product storage

This product easy absorption of moisture, use plastic bags sealing while storing. Placed in a cool and dry place, paying special attention to be kept off moisture.

Application case

Used in electronic product packaging, co-ordinated with automatic production, supporting the robot production.
